CUEWAV ("we", "us", "our") is a reactive music video generator currently in private beta. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We collect only what we need to operate the product and communicate with you.
Email address. If you submit a request for early access, we collect your email address to notify you when access opens and to communicate product updates.
Access codes. We issue access codes to beta users. We record when a valid code is used to grant access.
Usage data. We may collect anonymised usage data (e.g. which features are used, session duration) to improve the product. This data is not linked to your identity.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your email address until you request deletion or until it is no longer needed to provide you with access or updates. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request deletion of that information, to opt out of any sale of that information (we do not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. CUEWAV does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We may use minimal session storage in your browser to remember your access state during a visit. This data is not transmitted to any third party.

By accessing or using CUEWAV (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance.
CUEWAV is currently in private beta. The Service is provided as-is, without any guarantees of uptime, data persistence, or feature completeness. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable without notice during the beta period.
You retain ownership of any music or content you upload to CUEWAV. By uploading content, you grant CUEWAV a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display that content solely for the purpose of generating your video.
You represent that you have the right to use any content you upload and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All rights in the CUEWAV platform, interface, and underlying technology remain with CUEWAV. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our name, logo, or branding.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CUEWAV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, during the free beta, is zero).
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including during the beta, without notice or liability. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
